Libraries Desktop Icon

Hi!  Is there any way for a casual user (like myself) to change this icon without digging into lines of code or changing the registry keys?  I don't mind the icon being there and find myself using the shortcut but it is UGLY to say the least.  Also, I'd like the option of removing it from the desktop and leaving it pinned to the taskbar, but I'm afraid that's asking too much.   I have tried opening the Personalization window and the Change Desktop Icons, but the libraries icon is not shown.... Don't know what to do here....

That said, I think Win 7 is really nice.  Only this one complaint so far...

Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance.....

As for pinning Libraries to the Taskbar, you may simply create a shortcut to C:\windows\explorer.exe, change its icon and then Pin to Taskbar. Clicking the shortcut launches Explorer, defaulting to "Libraries" view.
