How old is your laptop or desktop?
Let’s try these steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
You may boot the computer in safemode and check if the issue persists.
Start your computer in safe mode
Step 2:
You may also download and install the latest display drivers from the manufacturer’s website and check if it helps.
a. Type devmgmt.msc, press Ok.
b. In device manager, expand display adapter driver > right click on it> click Uninstall.
c. Reboot the computer.
d. Install the downloaded drivers.
