Initially I would suggest you to use the windows safety virus online scan and check if you find the computer clean –

Also, Userinit.exe is an important file and should not be modified in any ways. The issue might be due to a corrupt user account or change in the settings of normal booting procedure through user account. Create a new user account with a different name than what you are currently using.
I would suggest you to use steps mentioned in the below link to fix a corrupt user account and check if this resolves your issue –
