Windows Font Cache Service Does Not Work

Anonymous

Simply put Windows Font Cache Service does not start. It will be stuck on starting forever and use up 25% of my CPU. The Error I receive if I try to manualy start the service is:

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

I am not interested in starting my computer in clean boot mode or other unoriginal ideas that won't work.
