After I deployed the bot according to the article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bot-service/bot-builder-tutorial-deploy-basic-bot?view=azure-bot-service-4.0&tabs=python, the bot fails when tested in the web chat reporting HTTP status code ServiceUnavailable.
How can I solve the problem?

Yes. Wrong appid and endpoint can cause this problem as well.
