error failed to create application Code 2

Question

everytime I start up my computer I get the above error.  I cannot find anyway of fixing this.....I don't even know if it is a Windows error or a Dell error.

Hi Judy1949,

To narrow down on the issue try the below method:

Disable startup item from system configuration

a.                 Click on start, in the search box type in msconfig.exe

b.                 System configuration window open

c.                  Click on startup tab

d.                 Click on disable all

e.                 Restart the computer and check if the issue still occurs
