You cannot run this game with modified executable code.

Question

I am trying my hardest to get Gears Of War to work on windows 7 but for everything that I have tried I cannot get it to work. I even downloaded a PC update patch from the website itself. I just can't get it to run without the above message popping up telling me that I cannot run the game with a modified code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It worked fine for windows XP and Vista but when I got windows 7 it gives me this message about the modified code. I don't even know how to modify any codes in the first place. I even tried to set it to previous versions of windows to see if it was compatible but then I get a message telling me that it cannot detect the disc and that I should insert a disc and try again.

Have you modified any key or you have a crack version.
