It's not a matter of getting a proxy server address, it''s a matter of setting up proxy server which is not a simple process and generally doesn't do much to increase the speed of the connection (though it does improve it some for visiting repeat sites). During the setup, an address will be created or provided if you go this route, but I truly do not believe it will resolve the problem with connection speed even if it helps a bit. The proxy server must be setup on your own network.
