Enter HDD User Password__

Question

I recently bought a Samsung R730 notebook with Windows 7 pre-installed. The notebook worked fine for a few days but now I can't use it. Each time I start it, I get the message "Enter HDD User Password". The password I used to use does not work.

1. When exactly do you get this message?
2. Do you get this message while accessing the hard drive from computer?
3. Did you set any password for hard drive?
4. Since when are you getting this error?

If you get this message while accessing your hard drive, then I would suggest you to delete all the pass words and check if it helps.
