According to the official documents, the information below list the proxy and firewall configuration information required for the Windows agent to communicate with Azure Monitor logs.
Please make sure the outbound and inbound are both opened. MMS can be transported via UDP or TCP. The MMS default port is UDP/TCP 1755.
