I am using a Brothers Label Printer QL-570 and when I request to print a label, the following displays on the screen and I am unable to save the label (It does print the label):

"MSXML Error. Invalid Class String" followed by "Failed to to save document"

I have re-installed the program, but the same comment appears. The error does not appear with any other program.

    Hello Bindu R,

I have been able to save my labels, until recently. My first action was to contact Brother, who informed me that I may need to update the XML from microsoft.

I did D/L thefile, http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=7f6c0cb4-7a5e-4790-a7cf-9e139e6819c0 but I received the following on my computer "Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exsists and is writable"

    Hi Manchester1,

Brothers Label Printer QL-570 is compatible with windows 7. Hence, you are able to print labels.

You will require the below service pack to save labels. But, this service pack is not for windows 7. However, you may try downloading it on your computer and check if it helps you to save labels. Else, you might have to contact the manufacturer regarding this issue.
