i have windows 7 home basic when i right click on the desktop personalization option does not appear and i cant change the colour of my task bar.pleaase help me

The missing Personalization is by design because Windows 7 Home Basic does not support Themes. Please see the following article for the explanation.
The "Personalize" option is missing from the desktop drop-down menu on Windows 7 Home Basic
