Hi fadzli1908,

Is your computer on a domain?

I would suggest you to check if the account log on is set properly according to the below provided steps –

  1. Go to Start and click Run then type Services.msc then press enter.
  2. Now right click on theDiagnostic Policy Service and go to properties. Now under thelog on tab check if this service option is selected and appropriate service is selected for it.
  3. Similarly check forDiagnostic Service Hostservice if this service option is selected and appropriate service is selected for it.
  4. Now right click on theDiagnostic System Host and go toproperties. Now under the log on tab check if the option ofLocal System Accountis selected instead of any local service.
  5. If any of the options do not match as stated then you may change the settings and save them to check if the issue resolves.****

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
