    Hello FransVerhaaren

To avoid confusion and because this thread is old, please begin your own, new thread about YOUR specific problem and computer. State your current IE version and full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; WinXP 64-bit SP2; Vista SP2; Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7; Win7 SP1; Win7 64-bit; Win7 64-bit SP1) in your first post. Thank you.

    Hi -

I am getting the same error message.  It doesn't have anything to do with pictures.  I deleted my old backups to make space on the drive and now I am getting the

    Windows Backup  error message

The backup application could not start due to an internal error:

    (0xC003005).

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    a. Is that the exact error code that you are getting on your computer?

    b. How did you try to transfer the picture?

    c. Are you using any third party application to transfer pictures?

    d. Are you using Windows backup service to backup or restore files in the background?

Please send us the exact error code and also post the question in detail so that we can help you better.
