CAN'T BOOT UP WITH MY PC AFTER UPGRADING TO WINDOWS 7. I KEEP ON GETTING A MESSAGE REGARDING A CFLS.SYS  FILE

Hi nick.pascua,

Run Windows Memory Diagnostic tool from windows recovery mode and check for the errors.

 Follow the steps listed below to go to Windows recovery environment

i.           Put the Windows 7 installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.

ii.         Press a key when you are prompted.

iii.       Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or an input method, and then click next.

iv.        Click Repair your computer.

v.          Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click next.

vi.        In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Command Prompt.
