Hi people, This is my first post here. I have searched the forum for an answer but could not find it so please forgive me if I missed it and am posting the question again.

I am trying to get a better perfomance from my pc. I am running a quad core C.P.U. and trying to set affinity for some programs than are not multi threaded. (EVERQUEST 2 ONLINE PC GAME)

I have manage to chane a few programs but when I try to set affinity for Everquest i comes up with an error message.  "ACCESS DENIED"

I found one page which had a work around but I couldn't quite work out what they were saying.

If you know an easy way to do this could you please help me.

Thanks for your time :)
