Why is it so hard to renew a subscription. I have had the subscription that is auto paid monthly. Why am I not able to renew the subscription from my account page. This is insane.
Your customer service support is poor and inefficient. I have been trying to renew this subscription for months now.
Phone 214-707-3719. I retired from my job and my work phone number was attached to my account (214) 749-3350. I went on to the admin site to correct this and was told it would take up to 48 hours to update this.
What a joke. Who knew that technology would take this long.
