internal error #2

when i am trying to open my friend made software i receice an error.

"Internal Error #2: please be sure the app is running and on the license screen"

please tell me what is this and why it is coming every time ? i am using windows 7

What kind of software? And if a friend made it, you might try asking them.

But if that is not an option, we will need to know the type/version of software you are using, the type of machine you are using, and what you are doing when you get the error.

FYI, you might try running it in Windows XP compatibility mode.

    thank you my problem has been solved :)

    i was using old version of different software i think thats why this error was appearing,

    anyways thank you for your reply
