What versions of Windows 7 support multiple physical Processors?

I have a dual opteron machine. Each opteron processor chip has two processors in it. So, the computer has a total of four processors but they are spread across two physically seperate chips. I jumped the gun with Vista and bought the professional version only to find out that it does not support multiple physical processors (only Ultimate does). So, what versions of Windows 7 support multiple physical processors? I am guessing that, once again, only Ultimate does.
