Hello @Chairman GAM ,

Please rest assured, this is a monthly subscription bill Email notification provided by Microsoft.

In Microsoft 365 Business, you can review your monthly subscription bill, and download and save it or print it.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, select Billing in the left navigation pane, and then select Bills & Payments. Select an invoice to view it. If you don't see an invoice, select Filter by: Last 6 months from the drop-down list
