Looks like this isn't a Microsoft account. Try another email

I had to set up the email (already existing on my new laptop) for work purpose but Microsoft couldn't recognize the email because it didn't contain "@harsh.com ", so I put an email with @harsh.com .
Once I set up, I wanted to add as administrator, the user with the email that I wanted to use previously in the set up, but unfortunately it showed the following message "Looks like this isn't a Microsoft account. Try another email".
We're talking about Windows 10 Home but I'm going to use it for professional use, so my question is if I have to upgrade to a professional use in order to add another administrator and replace the previous one or there's something different to fix?

Hi,
Is this account a Office 365 account? It cannot be used to login Windows without joining in a domain. Please note that Windows 10 Home does not support join in a domain.

You can add more than one users as administrator in Windows 10 Home:
