When will you fix this ? I've raised the same issue 2 years ago, and you still haven't fixed it ?
Microsoft is a joke recently.
Hybrid AD Join stuck on "Joining your organization's network (Working on it..)"
Hi all,
While I'm writing this, I've been waiting for over 2 hours to get past the step "Joining your organization's network" on my testnotebook.
I'm testing a setup where I Autopilot notebooks with Hybird AD Join and an always-on GlobalProtect VPN.
After the first steps, I was able to log in and get the ESP screen but I've been waiting ever since.
I've read that "this step is waiting for the Hybrid Azure AD Join device registration process (where AAD Connect syncs the device from AD to AAD) to complete.", and I checked Azure AD and the on-prem AD and see the notebook is present in both.
I've checked the sync settings of AAD Connect , get-adsyncscheduler , and that's set at every 30 minutes.
4 syncs have passed already and I've manually started an "Initial" sync, but to no avail.
I've checked the firewall traffic and don't see any dropped traffic.
Can anyone point me to a log file or event or something where I might find more information of what it's waiting for?
Thanks

2021-01-25T20:50:09.967+00:00 What version of Windows 10 are you on?
I've experienced things like that with older version of Windows 10. Also, you could try to see if you get any info from ESP.

2021-01-26T02:45:31.967+00:00 @David Thanks for posting in our Q&A.
For this issue, I have done some research. I find a known issue that Hybrid Azure AD Autopilot deployment with ESP takes longer than the timeout duration entered in the ESP profile in the following link:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/windows-enrollment-status#known-issuesTo find more information about the process, we can collect some logs in the following link:
