System32.ini , is this a genuine windows-file ?

Spyware Doctor says it's a trojan but I'm afraid to delete it

My Windows XP computers don't have a file by that name.

What folder is it in?  What date was it created?

To get a second opinion on the file, upload it to Virustotal .  If that shows that the file is infected, let Spyware Doctor quarantine the file.

Spyware Doctor might be wrong about the file.  That's why I recommend uploading it to Virustotal , which will scan it with dozens of antivirus programs give a report.

BTW, you can safely open an .ini file in Notepad to see what it contains.

    In folder c:\windows\system32\

    Created on december 10 , 2005

Strange that my antivirus AVG, Ad-Aware, Spybot, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware never mentioned it, only Spyware Doctor has a problem with it (this was my first scan with Spyware Doctor)
