RunDLL - Missing Entry: RunDllEntry

Have had frequent problems with "communication with printer not found".  Once I shut down computer and power back on I get the following message:  C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\LXCItime.dll  Missing Entry: RunDLLEntry

Sometimes when I power the computer back on, I can print...but only once.  Then the communication problems begin again.

I have uninstalled and installed the printer and software multiple times, I've removed the USB port and reinstalled the USB port, I replaced the USB cable from the printer -- don't know what else to do.  I'm running Windows XP.

This is the exact error message I get. It is for the Lexmark printer. I don't know how to fix it. Does anyone else? I tried to go to the link and it is no longer available.
