Missing file on Sharepoint

Hi,

My colleague uploaded a file and when I went to click on the link this is what it said.

This link has been removed.
Sorry, access to this document has been removed. Please contact the person who shared it with you.

He did not remove the file and now it's missing. How can we get a back up.

Per my test, I cannot reproduce your issue.

To better understand the situation, I want to confirm:
1.How is link shared?Are you using the Built-in Share feature or Onedrive copy link?

If it is Ondrive, the link may be in the form:
https://**.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/TeamTest/Ef6UvPL.....

If it is the Built-in Share feature:
https://***.sharepoint.com/sites/TeamTest/Shared%20Documents/.....

2.Have you checked whether this file is still in the library? You could try to change a file in the library to test again or test whether it is normal in other libraries.

3.What level of permission do you have for the library?
