· Who is the manufacturer of the computer?
· Did you make any changes on the computer prior to this issue?
Let’s uninstall the network adapter from device manager and reinstall it and check if it solves the issue.
1.Type devmgmt.msc in start search box and hit Enter.
- In device manager, expand the network drivers listed in the device list.
- Right click on the network driver > click Uninstall.> Put a check in “Delete all driver files”> Click OK.
- Reboot the computer. The default network drivers will get installed automatically.
