Sorry Dena, where is the solution?

I get a number of items that are not fixed by Fix it, with no specifics on the next steps and little details on what/where the problem is. Trying the troubleshooter refers me to a page that always fails to submit details to Microsoft - no mater how many times I try. The only offer I get back it to uninstall the troubleshooter.
