Non Rectangular and full transparent window in UWP app

I have researched more and more about the NonReatacgular Chromeless window in UWP apps like we are able to in WPF apps.
I am pretty much aware that this type of window not yet supported by UWP.

So let's vote for this functionality in UWP.Or anyone has idea other than Stefan approach

Please suggest because this approach was not well suited against my requirment

    Yes, currently there is no API in UWP that could create such NonReatacgular Chromeless windows.
