Hi dbezner,
You can use the utility to remove installation information for programs that were installed by using Windows Installer. Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.
Access the link below for more info:

Note: Ignore the title of the KB article. You may download and install the Utility.
Run the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, select Microsoft Winter Fun Pack from the Installed Products list in the Windows Installer CleanUp dialog box. Select Remove to remove all Windows Installer information associated with the selected program. This includes the entries for the programs in Programs and Features item in Control Panel. Be aware that only the Installer information for that particular program is removed, not the files.
Note: If you use this utility to remove Windows Installer configuration information for your program and you plan to reinstall the program, you should reinstall the program in the same folder where you originally installed it. This prevents duplication of files on your hard disk or disks.
This should help you in uninstalling Microsoft Winter Fun Pack 2004.
