Hello,
since an update or something my "Starting Windows" message has changed language in Windows 7. Is there anyway I can get it back to Finnish --> "Käynnistetään Windowsia"?
My Windows is Win7 Ultimate OEM-FI, and I do not have any other languages installed than the Finnish that came with the product. I think that this may also have something to do when I forced to delete a hard drive disk partition that was used for the installation. (System Reserved, 100-200 MB). That space is still wasted somewhere, so it's kind of disabled only. :3
But the point is to change the "Starting" message. I appreciate any tries to help.
Thanks,
Juze
EDIT: Sorry, I forgot to mention some things. I am an IT-expert, so if you have any ideas like modifying the registry, I can do that. ;)

Thanks André, it actually worked. :)
Debra, I couldn't do a System Restore because the day was like months away and I would have lost 500 GB of data, so. :3 Well, it's fixed now anyway. Thanks for your help, everyone.

Hi TheJuze,
If you can recall the exact day that this happened, you can attempt a system restore to see if that helps to resolve the issue. Please see the steps below:
Before you start System Restore, save any open files and close all programs. Once you confirm your restore point, System Restore restarts your computer.
· Open System Restore by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type System Restore, and then, in the list of results, click System Restore. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Hi,
As explained above, it happened in some update I think or when I forced to remove a partition. I could not find the link or any instructions on that anymore, but it was done with command line.
No, I didn't try to install any language pack. The product is Finnish, and everything is the way it is supposed to be (Even the welcome-screen), except the Starting Windows.
Explained above, my Windows version is Windows 7 Ultimate OEM FIN, totally genuine.
There's no manufacturer for the computer; in fact, I built it and installed it myself.
I'll see what I can do, thanks.

EDIT: Seems to be that the startup repair isn't for me, because I can boot normally. There are no any problems with booting, the only disturbance is that the "Starting Windows" is in English instead of Finnish, which it was before.
Hello
When did it happen?
What changes you made?
Did you try installing any language pack?
What version of Windows is installed?
Who is the manufacturer of the computer?
Try performing startup repair and check.
