XP Mass Storage Controller Driver

I have an XP MCE 2002 SP3 laptop.  In the Device Manager it shows that the Mass Storage Controller does not have a driver, and when I check Windows update it doesn't find one.  Where can I get the driver?

From your Laptop makers site, you should NOT use MSUpdate for driver updates, particularly for a Laptop or large oem PC
