Receive an error while starting the computer.

when computer is first turned on, message comes up:  THE TOSHIBA SERVICE STATION APPLICATION COULD NOT INITIALIZE. TRY TO REBOOT OR REINSTALL THE APPLICATION

    tell me what I need to do please !!!!!!

    1. be sure to have the lastest version of the program from toshiba.com and not from a third party site.
    2. after installation and reboot it should execute with startup.  but if not then,
    3. review admin services for "tmachïnfo"" and ensure it is set to automatic and then ensure its started up before leaving services.
    4. lastly, since it is a program designed to use the task scheduler, try tweaking the task if the program seems to have trouble with checking for updates (that is if you have enable the service station to do so)

    You could try a clean boot to see if you can pinpoint the issue.
