GetLanIdentifiers get empty results

Hi,
I have met a problem：
When I use API 'GetLanIdentifiers' on Windows 10 Professional edition， I could get results.
But When I use same API "GetLanIdentifiers" on Window 10 Home edition, I get empty results.
And I check related description:

There were no limitation description on the windows 10 version, only mini windows version limitation (win8)
Could someone help on this ?
