• Are you able to download other programs?
• Which web browser are you using to download the program?
• Are you trying to download or install the program?
This is a windows installer error. This might happen due to corrupt system files or virus running on the computer.
Try the following steps and check the result.
Step 1: Run sfc (system file checker) scan to find and fix the corrupt or missing system files
- Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
- Type the following command, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow
- Restart the computer once the scan completes.
- Check if the issue persists.

Step 2: Run online virus scan
- Visit the following link: http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm
- Click Full service scan and complete the scan.
- Check if the issue persists.
