Dell Windows Vista Home system continues to not boot....Screen shows stripes...System Repair doesn't work...system restore doesn't work....What does Error Code 0x0 mean?
I restored the system from CD and reloaded applications....things worked for about a day....then problem came back.
Help....Any thoughts?
