password for this Bitlocker

Question

My laptop, Dell xps 13 system crushed, then try to reinstall windows using usb, but it says my drive is locked by Bitlocker.
But I have never used it. I don't know the password for this Bitlocker. how can I unlock it.
please help.

Hi,
The recovery key is automatically saved to your Microsoft Account when the device is encrypted (if a Microsoft account was signed in when using your PC), and can be retrieved from https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey .
