Everyone(all Vista PCs I use) has those files. I don't think you should delete files in a system folder unless you put them there yourself.
Deleteing files from the system32 folder
Windows Vista. I have about 9mb of c00000.nls files located in my system32 folder. Whenever I try and delete them I get this denied message because I am not allowed to delete stuff off my own computer. I guess I am considered to dumb to know what I am doing.
Now I tried changing the access to admin for the folder and the files but Vista will not let me. It shows the owner of these files as "trustedinstaller". Who is that?
How can I get rid of these files?
