Cant view my certificate

Question

Hello,

about two weeks ago I finished and passed my MD-100 Certificate.
its been some time already but on the cert. dashboard when I click "View Certificates" I get a blank white page.
I've tried different browsers and 2 different laptops and two separate mobile devices. all of those get the blank white page and no certificate to see.
I can see my certificate on the transcript view, but that's it.

can you please help me?
