Wallpaper names.

Is there any way known to be able to add the picture name on the desktop with the wallpaper changer that is in windows 7, whenever the wallpaper changes to the next one or will I have to get a third party wallpaper changer to get that feature.

Hi Nugar,

Unfortunately you cannot see the name of the picture that is being displayed as the desktop background unless the name is not written on the picture itself.

You may try using any third party software to accomplish what you want to.

Note: Using Third Party Software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of Third Party Software can be solved. Using Third Party Software is at your own risk.

    That disclaimer is accurate but certainly a bit harsh.  Third party software is what Microsoft wants and loves.  Windows is a platform.  If no one used 3rd party software, Windows wouldn't have customers.  Windows provides the very framework and allows us the benefit of 3rd party development, creativity, and design.  It allows outside developers to meet customers needs and fosters and ecosystem of technology.  :-)
