Hello tlp6219,

Thank you for posting your question to the Microsoft Answers Forum.

A .PFC file is a file created by AOL used store favorites (bookmarks), as well as e-mail messages and contact information; may include email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, company information, groups, and distribution lists. Generally, this file is only viewable using AOL software. So if you still have AOL installed on your computer, you should be able to open this file.

Windows does not have a program that will open this file. There are commercial sites that will, sometimes for a fee, convert the material to Outlook (and other) formats.

Please reply back and let us know if this resolved your issue or if you still need assistance.

Thanks,

Marilyn
