Invalid image

When I try to transfer my pictures from my SD card to my computer they won't transfer and I get a the same image for all my pictures and when I try to open a picture it says "invalid image".  How can I correct this problem?

The following steps may be worth a try:

Insert your memory card in your media reader...

Close any windows that may open...

Go to...Start / Computer...

Does the memory card show as a drive letter? (if your media reader

has several slots there will be several Removable Disks listed...the

SD card will be one of them)

If_Yes_right click the correct drive letter and from the menu...choose...

Explore...now you should see the directory of the memory card.

From there...you should be able to drag/drop or copy/paste the

files to a folder on your hard drive.
