I have had an on-line casino installed for years, I recently installed bigpond anti virus and now the vcore.dll file cannot be found so I cannot run the programme. Even if I try to re-install I have the same problem, any ideas?

Hello justal50,

1.     What is the online casino game you have installed on your computer?

2.     Do you get the dll missing error when trying to open any other online applications or just this game?

3.     Have you tried to reinstall the game or the antivirus program?

It could be possible that this dll file is not installed when you install the Bigpond Antivirus. Try to turn off Bigpond security and check if you have the same issue. Here is an article you can check out that I found:

If this does not work, try to remove multiple security software if you have installed:

If these steps don’t work, then you will have to contact Bigpond support for help:
