Send program log file as email attachment.

I am having trouble with RegCure.  They (Paretologic) asked me to send only the log file (zip files) to them in an email so they can diagnose the problem.  I am able to attach the entire RegCure program (which contains the zip files), but it is too long to attach to an email, and won't send.  I found the files without any trouble, but cannot attach JUST those files to my email.  What do I do to get them into my email??  THX

Hi Kerrimoon,

1. What is the total size of the files?

2. Which email program are you using?

3. What happen when you try to just attach the files?

4. How did you zip the files?

Each email program has its own restrictions on total size of file that can be sent as an email attachment.

There are some third party programs available online which would help you in zipping the files in more less storage space.

Use your favorite search engine to search for such program which would help you to accomplish this task.
