Over the past few days a number of emails have been sent from my account which are all spam type emails. I have changed my password and updated my security. Is there anything else I can do?

    Hi,
If your account is compromised and your address is spoofed, it seems that the approach to this problem is simply to wait.
"Spammers are constantly changing the sender address for their spew. In a few days or so, the spammer will begin using some other poor victim's address and they'll start getting the non-delivery reports."
Please check https://account.live.com/Activity to make sure all of the successful logins originated with you. The IP addresses that appear should belong to your ISP's address space.
Also you need to scan your computer for any virus and malware, and enable two-step verification for your account.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Mico Mi
