On teams for Mac the cursor disappears when presenting a powerpoint presentation and will not return until teams has been quit. Is there a solution to this problem.

    Hi @Oliver Saunders ,

Does this issue persist all the time?

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

Have you tried to use PowerPoint sharing on Windows desktop client?

To exclude the client issue, we firstly recommend you login Teams web client to see if this issue can be reproduced. If there is no issue in web client, please try to clean your client cache file and restart your Teams to see if it can be fixed.

It should be noted that when presenter share PPT with someone, in participant view they cannot see cursor. This is default by design.

Thank you - as far as I know I am the only one with this issue. It is not possible to use windows since I only have a Mac at home. I did teach using the web client and this solved the issue although the web version is less good. It is worth noting that it only worked on Microsoft Edge. In safari I kept being asked by teams to refresh my tab but despite repeated attempts this never resolved.
However at least I have a workable way of doing it even if less that perfect.

I have the same issue and not using Mac. I use Windows 11 and office 365. This only occurs with Teams
