How can I tag a ticket so that it allowed Multiple investment teams to be mentioned on 1 single ticket?

    Where do you create the ticket?

    If you mean to post case in Q&A forum, the answer will be Yes. You could add more than one tag and different teams will see it.

    If you mean create a ticket from other way, it does not seem to be supported.
