I know how to turn Line Numbers on in the Visual Studio editor, but I can't figure out how to get column numbers or a ruler turned on. I want to know what column number I am at. I know I can see that in the Status Bar, but that is now what I am looking for. I used to be able to do this, but I can't find it now.

    Hi @Ray Pietrzak ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Which version of Visual Studio are you using?

Please try to set the Spaces to Tabs in the status bar and check if the Column Number is appeared.
