Looking for a ODfB command or a setting, like "set-mailbox -RetainDeletedItemsFor"

I'm trying to apply a kinda-harsh policy over my account, so that everything I'll delete will only last upto 7 days in the ODfB Recycle Bin ( total of 7 days for the first AND the second recycle bin ).
Is such thing even exist? I'd love to learn how :)

I have tried to google it for the last two days, but I keep getting mostly "How to recover" :S
I did found the DLP/Compliance/Retention center but I don't think that it could help me. The information in the files is not specific... I just want it for a specific user.

Thanks!

    @Netanel Z

    Based on your description, you would like to change the retention date of deleted items in the OneDrive for Business Recycle Bin.

    You could refer to the answer given by Rena Yu MSFT in the thread “O365 Deletion Retention periods”.
    That the default retention period time of deleted items in OneDrive for Business Recycle Bin (Second-stage Recycle Bin) is 90 days, permanently delete, not recoverable.
    And the recycle bin retention date cannot be changed.
