HOw to filter from AD sync native azure AD users

Dear all,
We have an Azure AD in which we have native users account with default AD domaine @X .onmicrosoft.com and some other guest account.
We would like to sync our Active Directory with Atlassian Jira but without getting down the native account users with domain @X .onmicrosoft.com. Actually sync works ok with native account gets sync as well down to Jira and we do not want to sync them
Is there a way to do that in user filter ?
If yes how can it be done
Please note I am not an AD expert but need to implement that sync process

Yes that is correct we are using Jira Application in which we can sync from an Azure AD account to provision users in Jira.
For doing that we can configure user and group schema to filter what we need.Idea is that I am looking for a way to filter all user account which are native as state in description
Any idea ?
