What certifications count as a computing environment?

I work as a contractor and am attempting to make the switch from hardware to software. A computing environment for servers is required and in the past the MCSA Server 2012/2016 certification line would've filled this requirement. But since they are going away I was wonder what the equivalent path would be for the new certifications?
